Xfce default URI handlers

I'm making the move from Gnome to Xfce, and I've ran into an issue with how to set the default URI handler in Xfce?

For example, I can't open Magnet links in Chromium because of this. Chromium opens files/uri's using xdg-open, which in turn uses your DE's (xfce) default application settings. However, I can't seem to find out how to set the the handler for URI's in Xfce? Without the ability to do so, clicking on Magnet links in Chromium will fail.

Thanks!
