Xorg - Seg. fault with plugged external monitor

I bought a few days ago a 24" monitor for my small ACER 1810TZ with an Intel GS45 Express Card.
It is plugged via HDMI.

Sometimes X crashes with a seg fault (see attached log).
X does not crash if external monitor is unplugged.

Found out, that it only crashes when the lid is closed.
Most crashes are when playing flash movies.

Any ideas?
