like in ubuntu:

I use qemu-kvm

qemu-kvm is better emulator

and then qemu conflicts with qemu-kvm

i'm not familiar with qemu at all. you should email the maintainer asking if emulators for other architectures can be compiled with kvm support.(this i understand from ubuntu package but they might be wrong)
