Building Gens-GS on x86-64. How?

Got Gens-GS (Sega Genesis Emulator) PKGBUILD from AUR — http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=21612.
Tried to build it — got this error message:

base64@localhost:~/builds/gens$ LC_ALL=C makepkg -s
==> Making package: gens 2.15.5-4 (Sun Feb 13 23:11:45 EET 2011)

:: binutils-multilib and binutils are in conflict. Remove binutils? [y/N]

Really good idea, isn't it? smile
Any ideas how to build gens without removing native binutils and breaking whole system?

If you want play genesis natively on your 64 bits system maybe you can try mednafen-wip version from AUR.

yaourt -S mednafen-wip

It has support for genesis, game gear, master system, nes, game boy, game boy advanced, super nes, virtualboy, pcengine, pcengine cd, wonderswan, neo geo pocket, atari lynx.

This emu rocks.

Excuse my poor English.

Hmm, I think this emu is awesome. I'll try to build it 'cause it's only the way to play Sega MD games on my current system.
Thank you for an answer. smile
P.S. I'm sorry for my english. Learned it for years, but can't speak freely, shame on me.

you can remove binutils and install binutils-multilib in its stead, when the core package is updated it's multilib counterpart will be updated too.
