Laggy USB Mouse

Hello,

I've installed Arch on my Macbook, and I've been noticing that my USB Mouse gets really choppy and laggy. It works fine for touch pad (via synaptics), the problem is with just usb mouse. I've poked around in Google, but I couldn't get much information.

Any help would be appreciated. I'll provide logs if it would help (I don't know which logs would be useful, so please tell me)

Edit: I should also add that it works fine for the first little while after I reboot. Then after a little while of surfing on Chromium (coincidence?), the mouse gets laggy and choppy. Restarting X doesn't seem to solve the issue, but rebooting does.

Re: Laggy USB Mouse

Have you already tried another mouse to exclude faulty hardware?
And yes, kernel and Xorg logs would be helpful.

Re: Laggy USB Mouse

The mouse is not the problem. I've tried with another mouse and it's the same thing. The same mouse works flawlessly on OSX.

There was nothing peculiar in Xorg logs, but in /var/logs/kernel.log:

...
Feb 13 18:45:02 localhost kernel: chromium-sandbo (3237): /proc/3235/oom_adj is deprecated, please use /proc/3235/oom_score_adj instead.

So I think it is chromium-related. I have no idea what the error means. I'll test other browsers to see if chromium is in fact the source of the problem.
