Can't get iPod Touch to work

I recently installed Arch and i wanted to sync my ipod touch with rhythmbox, but results that
ipod isnt even recognized, if i open Disk Utility it says " Softtick Card Export" in the Peripheral Devices, and
the ipod is the only device connected.
I just dont know what other details to tell but, just ask for them and i'll post 'em.

btw: i've tried everything on the wiki.

Thanks & sorry for the english neutral

Re: Can't get iPod Touch to work

Does it work with gtkpod? BTW I know you said Rhythmbox but this is just to see if the problem is the program or something else.

Re: Can't get iPod Touch to work

Check if you have any .lock file in media/ipod or wherever you have mounted it, and if you find any, delete them, dismount it and mount it again.
