Another time GNOME lag during login

I have installed this week, and I have this problem with gnome, i read everithing in the forum and the wiki but not resolved...

Now I have added !floppy in rc.conf, checked the hostname, disabled compiz at all, disabled a bunch of stuff autostarting; but i have always a 30 seconds minimum of lag showing my wallpaper, the disk doesn't work for half the time, then when everything is loaded gnome works fine!

I found a very long xsession-errors that i pasted here:

http://pastebin.com/RL6SW58S

If I create a new user it can login very fast, I tried... But I cannot Identify where is the problem!

Can anyone help me? (no, moving to the new user isn't a solution... I want to understand)

Thank you!

how big is your /home/youruser? try to clean up your profile.

Re: Another time GNOME lag during login

I just installed arch... My home is several GB but mostly of personal data and not configurations... How can it impact on login time?
