Hi,
After the recent kernel upgrade my computer will not work, the error message is 'unknown file system type ext4'. It gets to the kdm login screen but nothing works.
Infact the system has become unusable, something went seriously wrong when the new kernel was installed, it seems to have failed to generate modules for network card, file systems etc-same with the fall-back kernel. I understand you can chroot and downgrade or install lts kernel?
