Aperture memory hole

Hi,
I'm on a fully updated Arch_64b/KDE.
Although system functions well, dmesg shows thus error:

Your BIOS doesn't leave a aperture memory hole
Please enable the IOMMU option in the BIOS setup

However, IOMMU IS already enabled in my BIOS (Gigabyte GA-890FX UD5 board, with 6 core AMD cpu- Phenom II X6 1055).

Please advise!

Take a note about this and ignore it for now. When something goes wrong with the computer, return to the note to see whether it caused the problem.
