KDE 3.4 + Windows Key

Hi,

just installed kde 3.4 Well the Windows key ( between CTRL and Alt, or STRG and Alt ) doesn open the "Startmenue". I´ve read somewhere that this feature has been dropped.
Is there are workaraound to get it working ?

You can set this up easily.

control centre->Regional & Accessibility->keyboard layout (or keyboard shortcuts if you wnat to get creative).

You can also set up actions in other ways, this is just the easiest if you are using kde.

Does this work for the Win-Key alone as well?
I tried it out in my kcontrol, it always demands a second key...

Well, this doesn´t work with KDE 3.4

If I want to set the windows key working, there´s only the possibility to assign a shortcut. Therefore I have to assign 2 keys, like Author bauerber
said.

The Win Key is being used for other purposes afaik. For example, Amarok will let you navigate with the Win Key.
