I can't no longer login KDE

Hi my problem is that after putting my new usb key of 32 go on my computer, it create a cache (and I don't know where!) and so I have no more place avaible in / (I partitionned / , /boot and /home), I tried to delete many programs (except kde I'm not suicidar) but the problem still, kde show me the message calll to inusertemp failed.
So pleaase I'm not reading this post in TTY and have to use my computer very soon for a school project which is in my folder... Please where does new usb keys create their cache directory I guess because afther putting usb key in my computer it takes places in /.

You can probably clean up some packages in /var/cache/pacman/pkg to reclaim some space.

delete contents of /var/tmp and
check permissions of /var/tmp.
