ugly font in google earth

the only ttf font that I installed from repos is ttf-dejavu, plus all windows7 fonts copied over, and everything is fine in all apps except google earth (latest AUR build - google-earth 6.0.1.2032-3), like this:

That ugly font looks like an xorg fixed width font...
Anybody else having this problem? Is there something I can do to change that font, or it's a google earth quirk?

Re: ugly font in google earth

Another user posted this question within the last month, also no replies to him though. I doubt there's very much usage of google earth based on the replies to said thread.

Re: ugly font in google earth

Try building it with system Qt, this worked for me some time ago.
