googsystray & gnome-keyring configuration...

I am running into a wall on this. I am not able to get this running on my desktop because it doesn't seem to think that gnome-keyring is running, when I manually start it before I start googsystray. Can anyone who has gotten this to work (in a non-Gnome DE/WM) explain how they did this? Google services no longer properly load on my browser of choice, so I'd like to get googsystray functional... while I'm at it, I might as well figure out and utilize the whole keyring thing. But as long as I can get this up and running, I can further figure out the keyring thing after the fact. Any help would be appreciated...

Ok, it's been well over a year now, and no one has filled in this blank for me. This package has 186 votes in AUR and is #2 most popular when doing an AUR search for google voice or gmail... why is this so popular if no one knows how to set this up??? All I'm looking to do is simplify my use of google services and it feels like I'm pulling teeth for the information that will help me to do this. Is there ANYBODY out there with a functional setup of this program that can help me figure this out??? It is so frustrating to find no help for this long with something that seems to be some level of popular around here. I've asked on IRC, I've searched online, and I'm still finding no conclusive information that works for Arch Linux. Is anybody actually willing to help?
