KDE disable kmix tray icon
H,
I just installed veromix and I want to disable kmix tray icon. I disabled kmixd in service manager already, but it is still in system tray.
Can somebody help me disable it?

kmix isn't required by anything so you could just uninstall it
pacman -R kdemultimedia-kmixRauchen verboten

Yes, but I wan't it. That's why it is installed. So I don't want to uninstall it only if there is no other way to not have two mixers in my system tray.

Right click the little arrow, go to settings, make it 'always hidden'.

I want that thing to do not start, because I don't need it, but I don't want to uninstall because I may need it. But anyway, I figured out by luck: get rid of the desktop file from /usr/share/autostart.

I disabled KMix by changing the Autostart setting (under the [Global] section) in ~/.kde4/share/config/kmixrc
