Re: Touchatag RFID Reader

All I get is an empty page.

Re: Touchatag RFID Reader

Since I don't have a clue about Touchatag, I'll proofread the article.

Syntax and semantics:

Remember: Always put a tag in the reader, otherwise you might encounter problems!

This is the easiest way, but it did not work reliably for me.

The libnfc README suggests to do this:

This fixed the problem for me, but it did not work reliably, so i did the following.

Punctuation:

The Version this howto is about(,) is the above ACS ACR122U PICC firmware 1.0.

Install using ACS drivers tells the user to "make install" the driver. It would be better to either advice the user to create his own PKGBUILD or to add it to the AUR by yourself. At least a small hint should be given, that "make install" will install those files without giving pacman a chance to know them.

Re: Touchatag RFID Reader

Okay, I can see the page now smile

In my $DAYJOB, I am involved in developing NFC  abd ISO14443 applications.  The big push right now is to move the payment mechanisms onto smartphones.  The link you provided first led me to believe we were talking about an Android app running on an NFC capable phone.  You might consider providing a deeper link into their e-store pointing to the reader you are describing.
