Is there a way to synchronize at least my bookmarks between firefox, opera and eventually chrome? I use Xmarks to keep in sync firefox and chrome, but there is no extension for opera yet. Is there any other way? Can it be extension, external application, a way to do it manually, anything.

As far as manual bookmark sync goes, I can export/import them to an HTML file in Chromium and Opera, and I think Firefox too, but I'm not sure. I guess you could automate that by writing a wrapper script that exports on exit, imports on start of browser and sync the HTML file with Dropbox?
Though nothing would beat just having an Xmarks extension for Opera...

Sorry for my two cents, but is there any reason for you to use three various browsers? Maybe the best way to resolve the problem is to cut down on its origins...

There's addons for chromium and firefox (for < 4 only, I hope it come soon for v4).
Ask, and it shall be given you.
Seek, and ye shall find.
Knock, and it shall be opened unto you.

@bohoomil: I prefer chromium but have to use firefox at work for certain things that just aren't rendered correctly in our intranet. Some is because everything is tailored towards IE here, and firefox just seems to be able to handle it better... so, I can appreciate the need. Three does seem excessive, but I can absolutely advocate for needing two sometimes.

I also use the three browsers:
- firefox: general browsing with add-ons, etc
- chrome: restricted to googledocs stuff
- opera: I use mini opera in my not so sharp smartphone
in regards to bookmarks, I use delicious
