netinstall major problem on reboot

I just finished a net install which seemed to insall properly,no errors until i rebooted.

removing leftover files /etc/rcsysinit:line 332 /usr/bin/find: No such file or directory
setting consoles to UTF-8 mode /etc/rc.sysinit:line 368:/usr/bin/kbd_mode: No such file or directory

there is also a syslog-ng error No such file or directory

I can login but nothing works pacman,sudo,vi,nano,etc..
I'm not sure what i went wrong,i don't have these problems when i install from the cd.I used gparted live cd to partition my harddrive but
like i said there were no errors when i installed arch.I can't check /etc/sysinit because no text editors work.any ideas?

Re: netinstall major problem on reboot

Use the Live CD and check instead. Perhaps you should check out your /boot/grub/menu.lst file too.
