bad-utf-8 on XFS

i have xfs partition where i imported some files from a fat32 partition
when i get to rox file manager it says some of the files are "bad-utf-8" and won't let me rename it.
how do i fix this ?

ps: this files also apear as "invalid filename" on Rhythmbox
