Can't install Flash. [SOLVED]

I'm trying to get Flash to work (who doesn't love cat videos?) and every site and the Wiki post says to install flashplugin. ($ pacman -S flashplugin) but when I try that it returns something like "target not found" I've also tried downloading the tar.gz file from Adobe, extracting it and moving it to the plugins folder as they instruct me to and that doesn't work either.

Re: Can't install Flash. [SOLVED]

Are you using pacman 3.5? Can you install other packages? Is your mirrorlist up to date? http://www.archlinux.org/mirrorlist/

If you're on x86_64 then either enable multilib repo and install a 32-bit flashplugin or install a native 64-bit flashplugin-prerelease from AUR.

Thanks got it working. Needed to do what Dogmeat said, but when that didn't work, I did what karol first pointed out to me. Slightly ironic.
