can't start vmware daemon, alvays gets "BUSY"

Hi, I tried to install wmvare player on arch, with .bundle binary from their site, I installed vm-tools and kernel26-sources, and after first load-up, it showed me that I need to install some additional modules, I said yes and it died on "shutting down vmware daemon". I tried to run

vmware-modconfig --console --install-all

or

/etc/rc.d/vmware start

and get the same:

/etc/rc.d/vmware: line 16: /etc/rc.d/vmware.d/init.d/vmware: No such file or directory

So I manually edit /etc/rc.d/vmware file and changed "/etc/rc.d/vmware.d/init.d/vmware" to "/etc/rc.d/vmware.d". But after this, it can't start daemon too, in firever loop writing

:: Starting VMware Host                                                  [BUSY]

May be the problem is in strange vmware directories location, I have vmvare, vmware-installer, vmware-tools and vmware-vix different folders in /etc and separate vmware bash script for daemon in /etc/rc.d folder?

If anyone knows how to fix it, post.

Read the wiki's vmware page - worked for me last time I was forced to use it.

Unless you have a specific need for vmware, you should consider using a more linux-friendly virtualiser.

Thanks, I also used virtualBox more often than vmware, but I need it in my diplom work in university, for handling multiple numbers of loaded virtual machines on computer for parallel computing, so the question here is not what I prefer).

I looked at this tutorial, and I think it will work, so I try. Its only looks strange to me, that daemon can't starts only because of rc.d instead of init.d directory and vmware.d in it.
