I'd like to remove the titlebar from Firefox 4 in Gnome. I've looked around and it looks like I can do it with Compiz but I'd rather not use it just for that, so is it possible to do this with Metacity?
Thanks for looking!
e: I might just use Compiz, how exactly would I remove the titlebar in that? I tried going to Window Decorations, and under the "Decoration windows" entry I put "any & !(class=Firefox), but that doesn't seem to do anything. I've also tried "any & !(role=browser)" but that doesn't do anything either. Any ideas?
Actually, the "Decoration windows" entry doesn't seem to do anything. I've tried removing decorations on Ccsm and gnome-terminal and neither of those worked either. Is this just me, or does it not work for anyone else either?

I don't know how to do this with metacity alone but devilspie will allow you to do this with any window manager.
See http://foosel.org/linux/devilspie for a manual.
