Please do two things:
1) Look for a solution yourself. See The Arch Way
2) 30 seconds on google returned this as the first hit: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1559576
link to the driver is a few posts down. Just follow the instructions listed there.

If you are doing a core install from the cd, your driver is already on the cd. Here is the section pertaining to your card from the wireless wiki:
rt2860 and rt2870
In kernel since 2.6.29 and requires no extra packages. It can be configured using the standard wpa_supplicant and iwconfig tools. Unfortunately this does not go for Arch. In order to get it to work, disabling the following modules in rc.conf has proven to be successful:MODULES=(!rt2800pci !rt61pci !rt2x00pci !rt2800usb !rt2800lib !rt2x00usb !rt2x00lib)
It has a wide range of options that can be configured with iwpriv. These are documented in the source tarballs available from RalinkFor rt2870sta, also see Rt2870
Your driver is the rt2860
Have a look at the wireless wiki for further instructions on how to get it working:
