Gnash opinions

I'm Linux user for 3 years, Arch Linux user for a year and just yesterday heard of Gnash player -> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gnash
What's your opinion about it? Do you use it?

Sadly it is next to useless(imo). Doesn't work at all on many sites, and loves to eat 100% cpu, have crappy picture quality and similar.

I used swfdec a little more than I used Gnash. It provides an easy way to get the URL of the video. I now use the FlashGot plugin for Firefox instead.

Even so, Gnash is useful for two scenarios I can think of: it provides a simple version of Flash that can be used on a computer with only free and open source software (which I used to use) and it provides the only version of Flash on alternative operating systems such as Haiku. (which I still use)
