Heroes of Might and Magic V - Tribes of East - Install Problem

I run into the following error :

I'm on Arch x86_64 ,[testing] and [community-testing] enabled,tried with both WINEARCH=win32 and win64.

I had it working previously here (deleted it to save disk space). Suggest you seek help in the Wine forums, they're pretty active, and you'd get better advise there.
