t400 - udevd, wireless

So, I have tried to upgrade a few times over the last year and I've been ending up having to kill udevd after my computer sleeps.   After the most recent upgrade, udevd goes crazy any time I run flash.
After the most recent upgrade to a .37 kernel, kworkerd went nuts.  I put myself back on a .33 kernel / firmware and now my wireless is toast?

dmesg | grep iw

Any thoughts on this?  I love Arch but I need a working kernel...  and Flash regrettably.  I've looked around but I haven't found any answers.  I see a lot of stuff from a few years ago but I'm not enough of an expert to know if the information is still valid.
