My notes on installing mythtv

Hi All,

I am reinstalling my mythtv box, and I would like to document the steps taken, so I can refer to them later.
Sorry for the noise, please bear with me.

OK, Here we go:
-Install arch linux core, i686 code, all default options
reboot
edit /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist
-update
reboot
install Xorg https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Xorg
pacman -S xorg-server xorg-xinit xorg-utils xorg-server-utils xterm
install nvidia driver: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/NVIDIA
#pacman -S acman -S nvidia-173xx nvidia-173xx-utils
reboot

Just a reminder: things (package names etc.) change so you can't always execute the same commands and expect things to be working.

#pacman -S acman -S nvidia-173xx nvidia-173xx-utils

You need to fix this line.
