the problem is the window borders. If I turn on composition, I can see it. Turned off, the problem.

How can I fix this?

I don't use KDE but what else have you tried/not tried? Have you gone into system settings and played around with the configuration? Have you tried changing the window theme? What theme are you using?

The problem happens with all themes.

The only one option I tried is to turn on / off composition. I don't know if there are other options.

Right click on title bar, then 'Configure Window Behavior...'  -> 'Window Decoration' -> 'Configure Decoration' -> 'General' -> Border Size

The problem may well be caused by compositing being turned off.  Much of the visual rendering used by KWin (including component of Plasma) requires at least minimal compositing.

Re: [SOLVED] KDE 4.x: problems with the window borders

I discovered that my theme required composition. Now using another theme solved this problem. Thank you
