hard disk is mounted read-only

hello. For some reason my pc suffers the issue that after some hours of work the partitions(root, /home etc.) become remounted read-only. I see no errors, the pc slows down for a minute and then I cannot reboot or shutdown it. After hard reboot everything is correct and there's nothing in the logs except

Apr 7 18:55:55 localhost polkitd[3421]: started daemon version 0.99 using authority implementation `local' version `0.99'
Apr 7 18:56:01 localhost kernel: EXT4-fs (sda3): re-mounted. Opts: commit=0
Apr 7 18:56:02 localhost kernel: EXT4-fs (sda4): re-mounted. Opts: commit=0
Apr 7 18:56:03 localhost kernel: EXT4-fs (sda2): re-mounted. Opts: commit=0.

fsck finds no errors until hard reboot.
smart shows everything's ok with hard drive.
I used *37 and *38 kernels.

sudo cat /etc/fstab
#
# /etc/fstab: static file system information
#
# <file system> <dir> <type> <options> <dump> <pass>
devpts /dev/pts devpts defaults 0 0
shm /dev/shm tmpfs nodev,nosuid 0 0
/dev/sda1 /boot ext2 defaults 0 1
/dev/sda3 / ext4 defaults,errors=remount-ro 0 1
/dev/sda4 /home ext4 defaults 0 2
/dev/sda2 /Data ext4 defaults,noexec 0 2

I tried to remove relatime with no luck. same sh*t at least once a day. Please help!!
