remove the file, that i drew an arrow beside from your file system. When you'reupdating, Arch looks and sees that file and thinks
there is a conflict going on. if you remove it, the install will go as it is supposed too.

I have the same issue.
Before blindly deleting, I'm wondering what package does /usr/include/lv2/lv2plug.in/ns/lv2core belong to?

I ran a quick "pkgfile /usr/include/lv2/lv2plug.in/ns/lv2core" but it didn't report any package that this file would belong to. So I guess it is safe to rename or delete it.

it is from a previous install.
either from lv2 itself, or possibly Ingen (which i believe compiles lv2 as well) - if you use that app.
