Wine help

Hey guys i just reinstallted wine on my pc, and i wish to  install wine, but i keep on getting this stupid error message every time i run sudo pacman -s wine! here how it looks...

"
[main@main ~]$ sudo pacman -s wine
error: invalid option
[main@main ~]$
"

why do i keep on getting this stupid invalied option error?!?! please  help!

there is a difference between S and s tongue

pacman -S wine


if you are on x86_64, enable multilib repo

you should check out the mirrorlist file and see if any of the mirrors are uncommented.

Go to /etc/pacman.conf and uncomment the [multilib] line and the one after that.

also make sure that community isn't commented out in /etc/pacman.conf (although this might be because I am running 32bit rather than 64)
