Qingy - two symbols instead of one

Hi I'm a new Arch user and I just ran into a problem with Qingy.

I installed it and it works fine apart from it writing two symbols instead of one. So when I type in my username I get ssiillaass instead of silas (my username).
Backspace removes two symbols as well.

I have also tried plugin in an USB keyboard, but that doesn't solve the problem.

Is there anyway I can acces the terminal without login? So I can remove Qingy?

EDIT: Problem solved, just delete this post.

Re: Qingy - two symbols instead of one

Please do. I'm having the same problem.

*edit* Ah, found it, right below "Synaptic touchpad and keyboard issue" in the wiki entry.
