Terrorific noise when record sound

Hi, I have a Aspire Acer 4810TZ, when I try to record some sound (Audacity) or make a call (using Ekiga, Skype or Empathy), the sound on mic is like this: http://blog.gazambuja.com/post/4812233220

My pulseaudio and alsamix configuration is OK:

ArchLinux with Gnome3
