[solved] Microphone problem, possible unwanted stereo mix.

I'm user of integrated Integrated audio: Realtek HD Audio ALC 1200 (Mother board: ASUS P5Q)
Whenever i try to record something from my microphone input, i'll record everything that currently plays at the background (output is being captured with microphone input, no matter what).
The question is, how to disable this? If i lower capture volume, this stereo mixer volume goes down, too, but therefore it's impossible to record my own voice without yelling.
I'm using Pulse Audio.

Is there anyone who is using same audio card and not having same problems?
I just hope i shouldn't blame my integrated audio card, but my hands.

EDIT: If you have same audio card and you do (or do not) have any microphone problems, please contact me.

TL;DR: stereo mixer is always on.
Solution: if you have 6 pins on motherboard, try to use orange/black instead of green for audio out (headphones). No idea what's the problem with green one.

You say you are using pulseaudio. If I am not mistaken, the settings you change in alsamixer won't affect pulesauido (at least not in my case)

Have you installed and run pavucontrol to look at the "Input" Settings? This is the mixer for PulseAudio

Have you installed and run pavucontrol to look at the "Input" Settings? This is the mixer for PulseAudio

After little discussion at alsa-project.org I believe my audio card is just "not really good" and this stereo mixer is possible to hear, if output volume is 66+ and capture 33++, i just switched to values above. (it's almost silent with those)
So I can now use microphone without heavy stereo mixing. But, need to find anyone else with same audio card experiencing same problems. If someone has the same audio card, and is (isn't) experiencing same problems please contact me.

Used pavucontrol to confirm volume settings.
