Hi,
I'm on a fully updated Arch_64/KDE which has been fully functional till 3 hours ago.
While trying to create a USB disk with unetbootin, my system froze completely, and, I had to (hardware) reboot it.
After booting I don't get the KDE login window anymore, I start with terminal.
dmesg, Xorg.0.log, and everything.log do NOT indicate any problem.
However, kdm.log indicates multiple errors as detailed below.
Please advise!
Thanks
Miki Badt

Possibly your filesystem got corrupted or at least some config- or other files needed by KDE. I would check the filesystem and then issue a re-install of KDE to replace any possibly corrupt files.

'df -h' says what?

What do you mean by KDE login window? Is it kdm or the splash screen after you enter your username and actually logs in?
Also from your report
> Error: Cannot close "/var/lib/xkb/server-0.xkm" properly (not enough space?)
Check the space with df

Solved, by clearing the 100% /var
