cups - 500 Internal Server Error

hi,
I have just installed cups and I keep getting a "500 internal server error" whenever I navigate off the home page of my CUPS web admin.
I tried cups-1.4.6 and 1.4.4 but same problem
please help

What filesystem is /var/run mounted on? Can you post the output of the 'findmnt' command?

I can also say that I was using cups a few months ago and work properly on same system. But I uninstalled it because the printer broke and now I install it again with new printer and got this error

Looks like ACLs in this case aren't related to filesystem ACLs... there's no shortage of similar errors around google.

thanks for help but that was not a problem.
I added acl option to fstab and reboot system but '500 Internal Server Error' still occurs.
