Dual-booting ?

I been dual-booting four systems for the past few years because of Web Admin and LINUX+ classes.  FreeBSD, PcBSD, Fedora and ARCH-LINUX.  ARCH has controls of my systems and there will never be another for many reasons.  Only ARCH-LINUX had the BOOT flag set and running GRUB up until I upgraded to FBSD-9.0-current and PcBSD-8.2-release a few days ago, both with "set no boot manager" and "don't touch the MBR" install flagged.  FBSD-9.0 current did it anyway and maybe PcBSD too.  I wipe the disk three times because I thought I was seeing things or did something wrong.  Now I still get three BOOT flags and only PcBSD has been blocked which is my replacement for Windows.

Could someone please tell me how to remove these two new flags out of my ARCH cfdisk so things can get back to normal.

Thanks in advance
