make cloneconfig in /usr/src/linux-2.6.32-lts

Hello

I am trying to install LabView on Arch Linux and currently struggle with a library. A suggested solution is to go to the kernel directory and execute "make cloneconfig" followed by "make modules_prepare". Unfortunately, the cloneconfig command does not exist. Might be SuSE specific. Does anyone know what it does and if there is an equivalent in Arch?
