[Solved] Gnome 3 -> Change default fonts

I just installed Gnome3, and am using Fallback mode.

I can't stand the system fonts and would love to figure out how to change:

1. System Menu fonts (File, Edit, View, etc): I'd like to change the font
2. Panel Font (Applications, Places): I'd like to change the font
3. Firefox's awesome bar: search is now bold, I would like normal font
4. Gnome-do: search is now bold, I would like normal font

Does anyone know of dconf-edit settings or gnome-shell css settings that I can change?

Thanks!

Code can be clean, fast, or object oriented. Pick two.
