Gnome3 Alt Key

Hi,
i use Maya which uses the alt+mouse, however gnome3 tries to resize/move the window around. In gnome 2 i could change the alt key behaviour to map to the win key. Is there an option to change this in gnome3, or a dconf/gconf setting i can change? ive tried having a look under mutter/metacity but i cant find anything.

Thanks

Re: Gnome3 Alt Key

Under gnome2, were you using compiz or metacity?
I get similar problems with blender too, but I don't want to disable those bindings because I use them. I generally start Blender in a separate X server.

Re: Gnome3 Alt Key

The controls for changing the keyboard layout is a little hidden in Gnome 3.

Pull up the Activities Menu, search for Region and Languages.
Next select Layout tab, and then select Options.
There, you can change Alt/Win Key behavior.
