Music podcast creating software wanted

I'm looking for some software to easily create a music podcast. I've been using Audacity for my Vehement Flame podcast, but it's a bit of a pain to use, as adding MP3 tracks means moving them around and getting them all lined up. I'd like software (or even a web site) that does:

• Easily add MP3 files, appending it to the current list

• Allow voice overs

• Publish as an MP3 file, with MP3 tags

I looked at Mixxx but it's just a virtual DJ station. Like I said, I use Audicity, but it requires too much fiddling around to get the tracks to line up. There seem to be a few WIndows apps that do it, but I don't use Windows. Any other ideas, esp. ones with packages for Arch?

You could have a look at jokosher and qtractor and see what you think.
