Problem installing eee-control

I-m trying to install eee-control module with yaourt, but:

why is failing eee-control_0.9.6_all.deb validation and how can I get this module installed?

Welcome to the boards: please use the BBCode tag \[code\] when pasting code.

Also, the message you have posted includes all the information you need to solve your problem:

1. Don't run yaourt as root
2. the md5sum on the .deb package failed

Ok, thank you, in the meantime I installed acpi-eeepc-generic and it works!
