LVM and grub2 problems

Hello, I'm having problems installing grub2 bootloader to LVM partition.

Configuration:
Thinkpad T61 laptop with 149.06 GiB SATA HDD.
I one big partition from all free space /dev/sda1.
I added /dev/sda1 to physical volume pool.
In it there is 1 Volume group and 5 logical volumes.

Problem:
Grub gives me error, when trying to run command: grub-install --boot-directory=/boot --no-floppy --recheck /dev/sda
Warn: Attempting to install grub to a disk with multiple partition labels or both partition label and filesystem
Error: grub image could not be embedded but it is needed if you use LVM or RAID.

None of my 5 partitions has labels.

The interesting thing that configuration like this configuration worked perfectly fine on my desktop pc with 40 GB IDE HDD.

I'm totally lost on this, maybe somebody has some ideas?

Re: LVM and grub2 problems

Actually everything magically solved itself. After coming back to the problem I got new error, that core.img size is too big, but I repartitioned my HDD with GPT and made 1 MiB boot partition.
