some issue in use usb for vmware-workstation

usb 8-1: new full speed USB device using uhci_hcd and address 38

usb 8-1: usbfs: process 2316 (vmware-vmx) did not claim interface 0 before use

i am using vmware-workstation "7.1.4 build-385536", but i want to use usb device in vmware guest os , it failure,
in archlinux, i print the dmesg :

usb 8-1: usbfs: process 2316 (vmware-vmx) did not claim interface 0 before use
usb 2-5: device descriptor read/64, error -110

what is the issue?
