It's easier to install yaourt from the [archlinuxfr] repo. Add this to the bottom of your /etc/pacman.conf
[archlinuxfr]
Server = http://repo.archlinux.fr/$arch

error: target not found: package-query>=0.7
==> ERROR: 'pacman' failed to install missing dependencies.

Well, just as the error message says, you need package-query. Do you have it installed?

Did you install package-query from the AUR? It should be 0.8-1 now.
Is your mirror up to date? Perhaps you'll need to try another one.
The AUR packages should work, however. I removed archlinuxfr from my pacman.conf again as it caused problems with some packages it wanted to install instead of my standard ones. The quality of archlinxfr packages is not always the best.
To know or not to know ...
... the questions remain forever.

Obviously you need to install package-query, which is also in the AUR.

Do you happen to have the [archstuff] repo installed? If so it's likely pulling it from there instead of archlinuxfr
You can also get yaourt from the archlinux fr site and build it yourself using makepkg -s
