openssh package requirement conflict
I'd like to install openssh. However, when I try to install it, I get the following:
[root@Archbook jeff]# pacman -S openssh

Have you tried pacman -Syu?

Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.I can run the "pacman -Syu" as many times as I want to, I always get the same messages. 
Because I am still a bit of a newbie to linux, I can't solve this, what's wrong?

Basically moving /etc/asound.conf somewhere else temporarily or renaming it should let you proceed.

Ok, so I did just that, and now I have updated! Took a couple of minutes, no errors! 
AND, I could also install openssh without any errors!
