[solved] ipython and scipy

Hi

I am an excessive user of the scientific python packages. Now I noticed that the ipython shell is no longer able to import scipy since it is still using python2.  Is there any good reason for that? Why was scipy compiled for python3? It basically breaks all my scripts.
Matplotlib isn't in the repos for python3 so that I have to use python2 for now.
Any ideas on that? Thanks,

David

There's a python2-scipy package you can install.
