So in my spare time I have been slowly working on a little live distribution using Arch and the larch scripts. After playing with it for a while I have decided to "release" it. It's really nothing fancy, just a collection of tools that I use everyday along with XMonad as the main window manager. Anyway, my question is, do I need to have some kind of disclaimer or license attached to the readme file if I release it? Definitely not trying to be a professional distribution or anything, just don't want someone suing me because it made their computer blow up or someone saying that I am trying to take credit for the tools installed etc. Probably just me being paranoid but I figured I would ask.

Allan -> ArchBang is not supported because it is stupid.

Why not just look at what others do?
For example: ArchBang
I was looking for something like this on the Backtrack site; didn't think of Archbang. Thanks!
