Thanks for the answers. I've forgotten to sibscribe and I think that I don't got any answer. Today I was searching for the help again, find this topic and a moment ago wanted to post "I have the same problem"... But this is my topic)))
I've added
-Dorg.eclipse.swt.browser.XULRunnerPath=/usr/lib/xulrunner-2.0/to the /usr/share/eclipse/eclipse.ini file and it looks like eclipse works fine.
But there is no icon in the gnome application list and in the "alt+tab" panel
UPD: In the eclipse menu item preferences in the Main Menu utility it has selected icon, but... I don't know
There are screenshoots: one, two
Thanks in advance

I've found a better solution to prevent eclipse crashes and make eclipse browser working. It's described here.
Now, what about icon?
