Is there a way to add search keywords to an article? For example, I would like to add "HP QuickPlay" to the article "Extra Keyboard Keys".

I see you have done a bad copy and paste job directly from the gentoo wiki article, without giving any credit whatsoever, and naming it something completely useless.
By the way, we already have multiple well written articles that already describe this info:

https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Keytouch

The gentoo article is clearly cited here, in the most appropriate place I could think of. That article was the first I found after searching, and the only reference to it was from an arch forum post. "HP QuickPlay" is what anyone with an HP laptop would look for (I'm betting that's a large portion of people with unusable multimedia keys). In fact, I've never thought of searching "extra keyboard keys", (especially because they are not "keys" at all, or on the keyboard) so I never found our article.
Thinking that archwiki lacked this information, I wanted to be proactive and add it. I was adapting the gentoo article (somewhat useless to an arch beginner) when I found the articles you mentioned. Since then I am trying to merge our articles with the more-informative gentoo one.
