[SOLVED] How do I run Docky ?

docky from Community:

[dspider@arch ~]$ docky

[dspider@arch ~]$

docky-bzr from AUR:

checking for GCONF_SHARP_20... no
configure: error: Package requirements (gconf-sharp-2.0) were not met:

No package 'gconf-sharp-2.0' found

Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables GCONF_SHARP_20_CFLAGS
and GCONF_SHARP_20_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
See the pkg-config man page for more details.
make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found. Stop.
==> ERROR: A failure occurred in build().
    Aborting...

First one won't start, the second won't build.

I have made a personal commitment not to reply in topics that start with a lowercase letter. Proper grammar and punctuation is a sign of respect, and if you do not show any, you will NOT receive any help (at least not from me).

Re: [SOLVED] How do I run Docky ?

Hmmm... My ~/.cache/docky folder is empty.

It didn't save anything there probably because it never ran. Using Openbox here. No DE.

Had the same problem and solved it by installing gconf-sharp.
